Ramla - "Naot Shamir"

Highway 200, which opened in May 2020, upgraded the quality of life of the residents of the new Neot Shamir and allows them direct and fast access to two major transportation arteries - on the one hand, Highway 431 to Tel Aviv and the entire Dan Bloc, and on the other hand, a connection to Be'er Ya'akov and Highway 44 and from there to Airport City, Ben Gurion Airport, Highway 1 and Highway 6. Today, Neot Shamir is a "small city" between Ramla and Be'er Ya'akov, which provides all the needs of its residents.
The neighborhood includes approximately 4,000 residential and rental units, commercial and employment areas, public buildings, educational and community institutions, schools, kindergartens, community centers, sports complexes, pedestrian and bicycle paths, tree-lined avenues, street benches, green lungs, a large park, and more.
